At Karl The Fog Coffee, our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service, the highest quality goods, and of course, delicious coffee. We want you to be happy with your Karl The Fog experience, so we strive to make sure our refund policies reflect that.Cancellation Period / TimeframeYou may request a full refund for the purchase price of the coffee(s) or item(s) within five (5) business days of receipt of the shipment based on UPS or USPS tracking information.Method of RefundFor whole bean coffee, you will receive a refund (minus any additional charges) to the card on file on unopened bags. For all opened bags we will provide online store credit (minus any additional charges) for use on a future purchase. All coffees (opened or unopened) must be returned with their original packaging materials, accompanying literature, instructions and any other materials that were included with the shipment before a store credit or refund can be made.Damaged / Defective / Incorrect GoodsIf for some reason you received damaged or incorrect products please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a replacement or refund case.How to request a return or a refundPlease do not return any items or coffee before contacting us. We will provide online store credit to the account for shipping costs on returned item(s) once we receive them back.In addition, all non-coffees items and equipment must be returned to the vendor in their original packaging undamaged and with all materials, accompanying literature, instructions and any other items that were included with the shipment before a credit or refund can be made. We will assist in facilitating the return to third part vendors.Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation PeriodWhole Bean / Ground Coffee – Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee after 5 days.
